Testimonials
Niamh delivered several strategy and team development sessions to my team as part of a change programme. Our experience with Niamh was exceptional. Niamh's extensive experience is very evident in her work. Her ability to engage participants, foster meaningful discussions, and deliver content that is both practical and thought provoking sets her apart. The sessions were both energising and tailored to meet our goals and challenges. We saw immediate improvements in communication, collaboration and alignment of leadership across the team. Niamh has a great ability to meet each participant where they are, while still moving the team forward with clarity and purpose, she helped keep us on track while giving us breathing space if we required it!
Niamh draws on her extensive learning and development experience and coaching insight to design and deliver a tailored and personable approach. I highly recommend Niamh for any team or group looking to work together in a smarter, more effective way, or for groups seeking to develop a strategic new direction and/or who are facing challenges that they have not encountered before.

"Niamh worked very closely with me from outset to identify the goals of the workshop, what our needs and objectives were and how she might scope and design the day. On the day itself she kept everyone on board and on schedule, helping to guide and focus our discussions and manage us towards the outputs we defined at the start of the day. She even managed to take some notes to help us with drafting our document at the end. A really fantastic facilitator and I would highly recommend her."

I have worked closely with Niamh over the last few years as we co-delivered the UCD ‘Leading in University Teaching and Learning’ module. This has been an enriching and extremely positive experience for both me and the participants on the module. Niamh’s openness to collaboration is commendable. She is generous in sharing her wealth of experiences in leadership and personal/professional development from across the public and private sectors. The participants on the module, who are UCD staff from a range of disciplinary backgrounds, valued her ability to take her knowledge and experience and relate it to their own contexts and scenarios. Her personable and fun approach to these topics brought the theory alive.
Associate Professor Geraldine O’Neill, UCD Teaching and Learning
"We engaged Niamh to run a two-part workshop with our operations team at BiOrbic, Ireland's National Bioeconomy Research Centre, during a key transition between our Phase 1 and Phase 2 funding cycles. The aim was to reflect on what had worked well, explore team culture, and identify opportunities to improve our operations as we moved forward. Niamh brought a natural, professional, and relaxed approach that created a thoughtful and open environment. Her facilitation encouraged honest dialogue, reflection, and practical thinking, allowing the team to connect more meaningfully and explore new ways of working together. These sessions were instrumental in helping us align more clearly as a team and laid important groundwork for a more collaborative and effective Phase 2. We’re grateful for Niamh’s expertise and insight, and would highly recommend her to other organisations navigating periods of transition or change."
